About the job

M11 Group is seeking a Digital Assets Trader to join our liquid markets team. As a Digital Assets Trader, you will be involved in generating ideas and executing short-term positions for our liquid token fund, as well as assisting in managing the risk exposure of our broader asset base. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring market conditions to prepare your colleagues for upcoming market catalysts. If you enjoy taking on responsibilities, making calculated risks, and working in a highly dynamic environment for a growing company with a global presence, then this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Generate trading ideas by developing fundamental hypotheses surrounding liquid digital assets.
• Analyze catalysts specific to the market and optimize positioning in anticipation of these events.
• Prepare the broader team for short-term market developments on a daily basis.
• Assist in the execution and implementation of trading strategies.
• Take on the responsibility of expanding the business, achieving your personal objectives, and continuously striving for greater accomplishments.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and knowledge of market dynamics.
• A strong affinity for and experience with cryptocurrency in its broadest sense.
• Professional trading experience is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to take calculated risks under time pressure in a 24/7 market environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, paired with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Structured working method and comfort in managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Completion of a BSc or MSc in economics, statistics, science, or a related field.
