About Maven 11

Founded in Amsterdam in 2017, Maven 11 is a global venture capital firm dedicated entirely to blockchain and crypto markets. Through our Venture and Yield Funds, we back the protocols, platforms, and financial infrastructure shaping the future of global finance and decentralized technology (DeFi).

As we scale our capital formation efforts with global institutional investors, family offices, and entrepreneurs, we are expanding our team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a highly structured Business Development & Investor Relations Intern to sit at the exact intersection of crypto venture capital and institutional fundraising.

The Role

Your primary objective is to build the data foundation for our global fundraising efforts. You will systematically map out potential investors - ranging from family offices to institutional asset managers and maintain the infrastructure of our investor pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Market Mapping: Research and identify potential global investors (LPs) actively allocating capital to Web3 and digital assets.
• Data Intelligence: Build detailed profiles on target investors, analyzing their investment criteria, geographic preferences, and past fund commitments.
• Fundraising Support: Help prepare and update institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, monthly LP updates, and Data Room documentation.
• Market Monitoring: Track global institutional trends and capital inflows into the digital asset ecosystem to identify fresh fundraising angles.

Who You Are

• Data-Driven & Meticulous: You genuinely enjoy digging through research and creating highly structured datasets. Double-checking details is second nature to you.
• Crypto & Finance Literate: You have a solid grasp of how Venture Capital works (LPs vs. GPs) and a keen interest in Web3 and DeFi.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written English. You can synthesize dense research into quick, actionable executive summaries.
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similarly analytical field.

Duration and salary

• 6 months

• Monthly internship allowance of €650 gross
